Eye Pains (pls help me figure this out..)

Disclaimer: this is kind of a dream but I feel like it was a mix between many dreams and reality. If anyone knows what it means pls comment Last night I was having this weird pain in my eye and I assumed it was just allergies cause it was also really itchy. So, then I fell asleep and woke up a little later and walked into the bathroom and looked in the mirror. The skin around my eye was colored a deep bluish purple and it spread to around my mouth. I stared at my face in shock as I lightly poked around at my face. I started crying cause it hurt so bad and it felt so real but I was so confused because couldn’t tell if it was a dream or not. So then I went back to bed and cried myself to sleep. But then I woke up again later, and felt this burning sensation on the palm of my hand. So I looked at it and saw scratches from what looked to be my nails digging into my palms. I remember this also feeling real and not like a dream at all. (I kid you not, it felt so real, I’m still questioning it) Then I fell asleep again and in the morning I looked at my hand and I could still kinda feel the sting in my palm and see the marks. It started to go away as I fully woke up. So did the bruises.
