Circle of faces

I’m in a public square, and up on the wall is a circle of portraits, most of the portraits are black and white and look quite old. Some of the faces have a small box next to them, and some of these boxes are checked. This is somehow related to a future disease or sickness that is coming, so I guess this is a covid dream lol. There are certain groups that are completely immune, they are in the upper right of the circle, and they are all related to this one psychic woman, like a Helena Blavatsky type woman. None of these pictures even have boxes next to them. Then there is a group in the lower left who have boxes, but none of the boxes are checked. This group has a name distinguishing them, they are called the “Chille”. Most of the other people on the circle have check marks next to their portraits.
