Church and Stolen Pickup

I was sent to mass with a friend who is not religious, he was brought along because it was a service aimed and young atheists In an attempt to make the Catholic Church appealing. It didn’t work; we sat in the lobby and drank the communal wine. Upon leaving I got into Alec’s pickup and began driving, thinking he was in the car drove. Halfway through the drive I realised that I had neither my licence nor my passenger; panic ensured. I drove over some mad rocky ground, and eventually arrived to his house, returning the car. He was upset that I took the car but glad I got it back to him.
