Bullied by Three Girls

I am walking across the main road where I grew up (W Road) when three young women approach me. They are intimidating and one of them takes the bowler hat from my head, and places it on her own as they walk away ignoring my requests to return the hat. Seeing the encounter take place, a police officer in a car skids to a halt and orders the girls to return the hat before driving away. I carry on walking and the girls follow me. One of them grabs me and they taunt me.
