Beautiful ‘fish-ish’ women (mermaids on land????)

I was at a warmly lit restaurant. I passed a woman at a booth seat. She was wearing a navy blue dress that showed one leg. Up her thigh ran ‘scales’ (they were more like the bumps on a corncob) in yellow, blue, black and white, and shimmered in the light of the restaurant. Imagine glass corn kernels arranged in patterns. I complimented her (I know that sounds strange to do but I did) and she said “Really? Most people don’t like it. I’m surprised.” I went on about it. “I really do! I couldn’t possibly understand why they wouldn’t. You’re so beautiful and unique.” Another paler woman turned to me who had marble-ball like circular ‘scales’ that were in blue and white. They were on the front of her chest and also on her legs like the other woman. I complimented her as well. There was yet another woman that peered over the other side of the booths. She was the most beautiful in my opinion. She was a black woman with pearly, reflective white ‘scales’ arranged in that V-braid-like pattern that you sometimes see bricks in. It was also like the glass corn kernels. It went along her shoulders and chest, and it reflected rainbow-y hues. I think they may have been mermaids but I’m unsure. Whatever- they looked really pretty. They were so kind and I wish they were real.
