Stealing Poppy

I was walking around the Vermont South car park with Poppy off the lead. She was walking fine with me and I started to head home along the path. After a while i realised she wasn't following me. I looked around and started calling for her but she didn't come. I walked down onto a grassy patch and kept calling. I looked up to where the path was and saw a man(I recognised him as the man with the two westies that live in my street) walking her on a lead with another white maltese dog on a lead and one smaller maltese off it's lead. I figured he took it off his dog and put it onto Poppy. I yelled 'oi' and whistled but he didn't stop. I chased after him yelling excuse me and he finally turned around. "Ummm that's my dog" I told him. "Yeah so you should keep it on a lead" he said annoyed. "Sorry I didn't realise how much it annoyed you" I apologised. And he gave me Poppy back.
