Wearing all black

All i remember is seeing an image of a tall old scrooge looking man with kind of a hunchback. And behind him were followers. And they all were wearing kkk suits but this time it was all black and they didn't have the pointed hood covering there faces with holes in the eyes and the fabric was light and moveable. This was just scary.
