Manifesting objects

Moment of lucidity where I was by myself and there wasn't any objects around me really and I wanted to try to make something appear before me and even though I didn't have anything in mind I concentrated on a single spot and willed something to appear and after a second or two a leaf started manifesting itself very slowly and I noticed if I let down my concentration the leaf wouldn't completely appear and when enough of the leaf appeared I picked it up with my hands and noticed that it was partially incomplete and it was moist for some reason and then I tried to do this again but somehow I got a view of my own face and I tried to make something appear on my nose but I don't think anything happened except that my vision fluctuated a bit
