children of the devil

we were going on this elaborate scavanger hunt and in the end we had to find 3 keys to open a chest. we got it open and inside was a tattered book titled "we were screaming before the children of the devil crawled among the grave" and inside it was a piece of paper that said "you aren't alone here"
