Car windows

I was in a parking lot in my car with apartment buildings all around me. I was told I had to get special windows on my car. I went to this place that had what looked like 2 car washes next to each other. A woman was there. I took my car through one and the windows were altered to create a weird little “U” shape about the size of my hand on the top part of the windows. The top edge of the windows were also outlined bright yellow.
