Leviathan

I am building a model engine with friends. We realize that we can all combine our models to make one giant engine in multiple parts. There is also a zoo and a parade. I suggest three plans to the mayor, on a floating restaurant. We can make the engine model in scale and display it. Or we can make the model at life size out of giant LEGO. Or we can make it life size out of steel and glass and wood. We decide on the third option. This will also require industrial infrastructure, which we will also build. The engine will provide power as it’s being built. It’s a plan capable of growing exponentially. This will be built in the harbour, and will have its own city and shops and schools and parks. It’s revealed that the plan was just a scheme to sell carbon offset credits to businesses industries, and we were never actually going to build the engine. The floating platform is sunk by a pair of whales working together. I suggest to my teammates that the real leviathan was the friends we made along the way. I swim away and arrive on an island where I watch people play beach volleyball. The credits roll.
