melancholy holly

I was in a beautiful area, and it kind of seemed like I was indoors and outdoors at the same time. I wonder if I was at some sort of rooftop. I was with two girls who I don't know, but one of them reminded me of my niece, Holly. Holly was kind of dreamy, and had said something about the clouds drifting by in the sky. They kind of look ominous to her, but I was trying to show her the more optimistic aspect of it, because the wind was blowing the clouds off kind of rapidly, and bluer skies were just behind these clouds. The young girl had said something and I laughed. She said, ”See? I always get laughed at." I was explaining to her that I was not laughing at her, but I found what she had said endearing. I was trying to show her to be more optimistic. The clouds were still drifting by rather quickly, but then slowed down sometimes as if to allow me to demonstrate my point about optimism. The clouds were kind of melancholy ominous, but did not appear to be stormy. The blue sky was appearing with whiter, fluffier and wispier clouds. The young lady appeared to be melancholy, even though the brighter blue sky was upon us, and it looked like the sun was going to be coming out. The young lady was sitting on the outer portion of a man-made structure that was round. Her legs were in a seated position, and she lay her back against the structure, looking at the sky and feeling helpless. No matter how I tried to help her see the brighter side, she always saw life as if the glass was half empty.
