Pirate ship simulator

I was s journalist investigating Environment Canada. I found their research lab, and the woman at the front desk offered to take me on a tour. Instead of talking about their scientific work, she wanted to talk about their sailing game. I complained that it wasn’t very accurate. It you tried to put an all Japanese crew on a Japanese sailing ship, the game would give you an error. An all Korean pirate ship had Neelix (from voyager) among the crew.
