Felt it

I was sleep paralysis again, but this time I felt 3 hands , 2 grabbing my armpits each,1 grabbing my thigh. Carrying me upwards, and levitating me and I felt Abit of swinging. I could move and tried screaming for help but couldn't, that's when I knew I was dreaming so I quickly tried to make my fear increase (idk how) and then I woke up, the weird thing is I work up to feeling sensations at all 3 spots whr the hands whr grabbing/carrying me at.
