Bad neighbor

My grandparents were away in a trip. They had been recently having a small disagreement with their new neighbor that just moved in. We go to the house to swim and the neighbor is there suggesting ways in which we could improve the look of the house via the landscaping. When we get down to the dock, we realize that the neighbor had torn up a bunch of the landscaping down by the dock and even removed their floating dock all with the intention of making their houses look symmetrical. Despite this, we swim for a little while when the neighbor shows up again to finish what he started, I am just about to tell him to GTFO when but I can’t get out of the lake b/c there’s no dock then I wake up
