Dream Journal Ultimate

I didn’t have this “dream” today or last night it was actually yesterday mid-day because I had fallen asleep on standby for my job. Well anyways, it was more of a very triggering dream, very lucid, very real. Okay so basically the dream started and I was in almost an asylum/psych ward and there were people there just talking and moving around slowly and I was standing there just taking in the surroundings. To my left was a sort of front desk almost like a little pharmacy check in and I was standing near it, and some shadow figure which I could tell was a female, she came up to me and started yelling so I pulled a knife on her but didn’t advance or do anything I just held it in position. She then, within seconds, knifes me back and slashes my face open and I remember dropping to the ground and seeing blood drip onto the pavement/tile covered room we were in. The doors of the room though were open and there was one door I ran out of that lead to a grassy area but it was fenced off around the building I was in. Seconds later I hear all the people who were inside, come out, but not past the doorway, and start screaming at me like it was all my fault when I didn’t advance I was posing a threat.. then the COD dogs came and what then I thought were about to attack me but the man who had them on a leash reached his hand out and let me pet them and they were nice to me, and he was like a saving grace. He stopped and helped me up and told me what to do, whilst there were choppers in the air with those big spotlights just grazing back and forth over the whole building and grassy lawn, I got up and made my way to this podium and was entering information on something then I was woken up by the door, and I started crying because the blood falling was triggering and was extremely realistic. As for now that’s all on the latest Sleep Paralysis/Nightmare/Dream/Undercover skeptical about my feelings and stresses for today. Have a good one and Tune In Next Time 🤟🏽
