Ear fell off

I looked down and there my ear was in my hand! Where my piercing was it had split and it looked “bad”. I tried to get help from a hospital so I can get it out back on but no one would help me, they kept throwing it away. My boyfriend was yelling at them asking why they won’t help me!! Very odd.
