Is my cat ok

My cat was overweight in my dream. He started opening my kitchen cupboards, the one that has olive oil and balsamic vinegar in it. "No" I said and closed the cupboards. He froze up and instantly fell on his side. He had a pulse but I was worried. I begged my mom hysterically crying, "please can we do something about this?" She said something like "no, when that happens there's nothing that can be done, he's dead." "But he has a pulse mom can we please take him to the vet to get checked" she said yes.
