What kind of drugs am I on to have dreamed this??

So to start off the dream, I was a guy in it for some reason. I'm pretty sure it took place in some weird world that was a cross between modern and old. The world itself looked modern and everyone spoke and acted mostly modern but there were huge blimp like ships and all the men dressed in a Victorian super formal style all the time while the women just wore whatever. It was almost like steam punk but without the weirder clothing. So anyway, I was a part of hitlers army and I was stationed on one of these blimp ships and my job was to look after this prisoner. He was imprisoned because he was the leader of a Jewish rebellion and I thought it was stupid and was very against the whole Jews are bad thing even thought I was part of Hitler's army. So I had been put in charge of watching over this prisoner for months and eventually I got to know him and be friends with him and one day he showed me he wasn't an ordinary person, he had special powers. He told me he could create special worlds in his mind and transport his and other peoples conciousness to those worlds, but their bodies would be left behind and if the bodies died so would they and a bunch of other stuff about the ability, including the fact that if he's thinking of a real place and concentrates hard enough, he can actually teleport there, body and all. So then after that everytime I'm supposed to come feed him, he grabs my hand through the little opening for the food tray and transports just our minds to a completely different world where time moves differently, a minute in the real world is several days in the mental world. So it looks almost normal to anyone else who would see us, but really we're spending months of our lives getting to know each other and fall in love with each other in this magical world that really only lasts a minute or two. Eventually I get word from the commanders that the prisoner is finally going to be executed when we reach the next city so I rush to him and tell him that we need to get out of there and he needs to transport us far away from here. So he does, he transports us into a small town not far from where he grew up and we think we'll be safe there and we get a little house together and fall even more in love, until one day the army storms through that town looking for Jews, and they found him and took him away to a small camp they set up just outside the little town with a huge fence and just cheap tents. Of course I snuck after them trying to save him and I ended up being too late and I watched him get shot in the head as he was trying to escape over the fence one night and after that I spent the next year doing nothing but just laying in the bed I shared with him and crying and stuff, until almost exactly a year later, the town was going to be bombed. Everyone was panicking and leaving the town as fast as they could without letting the army figure out everyone was leaving. My friends that I had made with my bf all tried to get me to leave too and I remember telling them I didnt want to live without him, that all I wanted was to lay in our bed until I could meet him again. So I did, I laid in that bed until the town was bombed and I died. And afterwords, I woke up in that same magical world that he had created and I saw him standing in the kitchen making me breakfast and he said it had taken me long enough and told me to take a shower cuz I smelled like soot and then I woke up for real.
