anxiety disorder/suicide

I have lots of questions often and I'm just wondering if anyone knows if anxiety disorder affects dreams? I dream about some crazy stuff and especially because my anxiety is also linked with my depression. I often dream about suicide and self harm. It can pretty real it surprises me when I wake up sometimes because I thought it was dead. If anyone can relate please share experience
