Robots On Britain's Got Talent

I was watching Britain's Got Talent. It got to the results of a semi final, and they revealed the order people came in the voting like they did on this year's final. One of the acts didn't like the outcome, so tossed their shoe at the screen. Suddenly one of the other acts started behaving strangely and was quickly wheeled offscreen. The next day, I watched the next semi final. The exact same thing happen when it came to the results. Another of the acts chucked their shoe at the screen, and another act behaved strangely. This time, one of the people who came on stage took the act's head off, and everybody watching could see that they were a robot.
