Door snake

In a dark house, an exterminator with a flashlight and maybe a gun showed me a bright green snake above a door frame. He was telling me about it when it started moving and dropped to the floor. The snake then started chasing me and I ran forward. I looked down and saw it opening and closing its mouth as it tried to get my foot.
