Surgery Day

I had a dream that I had two patients and they were both pregnant. Then it was time to conceive and one of them had trouble giving birth and the other had a perfect pregnancy. But the one who had trouble did not move so she was announced dead and she had to get cesarian. So I cut her open with a butter knife and got the baby out. The father just looked at me really crazy.
