ex as a friend though he wants more

I go actually talk to my ex named Wolfgang for no particular reason but to be his friend​ I guess but he seems to want more and increasingly asks to spend more and more time with me so I eventually have my current boyfriend hang with us bc I'm nervous about it and it wasn't a bad time at all
