pregnant teen mom

I dreamt that I somehow was pregnant and I realized this like wayyy to late and I totally freaking out because I'm not Nature enough to care for a tiny being and then we fast forward till birth? No idea why? but then something terrible happened I don't remember what I think I lost the baby and it was terrible I was crying and felt so alone and dissapointed and so so sad and then I woke up.
