Dark Shadows (Victoria’s near death experience)

I dreamt of Dark Shadows, the old soap opera. Almost the entire dream is in black and white (which is really rare for me). In the dream, Victoria has suddenly fallen ill. She has passed out on top of a car in the middle of nowhere. Barnabas Colins sates that Victoria is suffering from a brain tumor thats destroying her memories. From Victoria’s perspective, she’s outside her body trying to get everyone’s attention. People don’t respond to her and some disappear only to reappear moments later. I saw her start to freak out which made me want to freak out as well. The entire Dark Shadows crew decides to call a doctor. The dream cuts to a really rich doctor in a luxurious gold-trimmed train. He gets the call from the family to save Victoria and he heads toward Germany. Apparently, Dark Shadows takes place in Germany.
