Little bro brain damage

I was in the passenger seat while my little bro was driving us somewhere I cant remember. I was going well until he started driving in the wrong lane. A car was driving towards us and I quickly pointed it out to him, he took a while to respond to I looked away and hopped for the best. I swerved off the road just In time. Later we were at a hospital for idk what reason, and I started pushing him to test if he had brain damage. Later again we were on a couch with some of my family and I mentioned it, they told me to shush because he wanted to keep it a secret from some in the family.
