Insulin and computer games

I was with Maria at first. We were pretending to be diabetic for some reason??? We were at Wendy's and we had these huge syringes that we used to draw insulin out of an outlet??? But then we chickened out. We also saw some people we knew from high school there. Then I was playing some weird and highly realistic computer game with Gio. He was telling me about the game and how to play it. It gave me a spooky feeling because the game was very controlling about ones life and if you messed up the game it had real life consequences.
