I lost my tooth??! 😷

I dreamt I was in my bathroom. I was randomly eating an apple. Suddenly, I get this aching paint in my back left bottom molar. I put my hand on my cheek and out popped the molar. There was no blood at all, it just popped out... I started getting concerned. I didn't know if I had already lost it or if it was still a baby tooth ? So I went to my mom. She was sitting on the couch by herself. "What should I do with this tooth i just lost?" I asked her. My mom looked at I like she had no idea who I was. So I walked away and just... Continued on I guess.
