implant and trash

I first I was in the doctors office where I was getting my arm implant... again! It hurt just as much as the first time. There was also a table of suede boots for sale in the room which was weird. I found a pair of boots I really liked for 15 dollars. The second part of the dream was that I lived next to a girl I hate and she kept putting her trash outside my room. It pissed me off and I wished she didn't live next to me. She's in my dreams frequently and I hate it.
