The man that turned into a doll

My brother and I were in the living room and it was night but the window were opened first a person with a rain sweater walked then they returned and saw us but I couldn't see their face then I got to the garage and the doors opened and they jumped right in my hand and transformed into a doll it's head was a skull it looked real and then I throwed it to a neighbor that goes and screams things to my family every night at 1am.
