Today I have learned the importance of meditation before sleeping + Dream

Ive been trying to lucid dream for a week now and every night I’ve been meditating for 15 minutes but last night I got so tired that I didn’t do it. When I woke up at my REM state (3:15 AM) I kept on moving and waking up (I move a lot all the time) but when I meditated I did not move and I would perform the WBTB method to lucid dream and I would go straight back to bed. So my dream was that I was in college and I met my old friends from middle school and they looked REALLY REAL, now that I think about the characters they were exact replicas of my friends right when they left middle school. Meanwhile in that dream there was so much people in that building (which was a really tall one) that the building started to shake A LOT. I just remember panicking and that’s really it. I can’t remember the rest.
