Flesh torn by Dead Babies

So, there was this heroin addict that was brought into a police station. He was being questioned by a young officer, alone. The addict somehow grabbed the circuitry from within the walls and jabbed them into the chest of the officer and slammed him into the wall. Behind the wall housed several dead babies. Somehow, the electricity running through the officer jolted the dead babies into a state of reanimation. They surrounded the officer, pulling off his flesh. Eventually, the officer finally died. All this was seen from behind a sort of 4th wall. I was there to see it all, but I had no involvement.
