Water, shark

At this point I've been awake far to long to recall the sitar upon accurately. But I can at least fill in some facts. :: I'm unsure of the specific time period for the setting. But the attire and atmosphere was an interesting combination of medieval and feudal oriental. And very vibrant and colorful for the most part. The main focal scene was the decision to boat out onto an ocean. At first as we loaded onto the row boats the water was clear and calm. But the entire time there was a pit in my stomach, an uneasiness. Dread. When I woke I was still shaking with the panic I experienced there. But as the first boats began to move forward the sky darkened and the water turned hostile. A large shadow moved toward us.
