Evil cult island

In my dream I got lip injections, I only got one syringe and expected a small difference but my lips got ridiculously swollen and were HUGE. I was taking selfie’s without makeup and I looked like someone else, I looked so beautiful and exotic. I went on an island vacation, I had to take a plane to get there and this dude who was on the plane with me committed suicide on the plane ride over. When I got to the island I had to break the news to everyone but they seemed more angry then sad or distressed and got over it quickly. I don’t remember too much of my dream around here, just flashes, but I know that the island was a cult and they would sacrifice people and consume their flesh. I was on the run for a long time in my dream and at one point someone gave me a boat and helped me escape. I didn’t know who to talk to or what to do when I got back, I thought my story sounded crazy and few would believe me. Ripely from Ripelys believe it or not ended up contacting me and saying he wanted to publish my story and help me with it. He asked to meet me at this little diner. He pulled up in this extremely low to the ground black convertible with all black interior and covered in gothic and bizarre stickers. He asked me to get in the car and go on a drive with him and suddenly it was like a movie and I had no control over myself, I watched myself smile and happily agree and get into the car. Still from a third person perspective I watched the car drive away me looking oblivious and the Ripley smiling evilly, the same evil smile the cult members all had.
