Things from muck

I was on this dock or pathway over a marshy area although it was pretty deep. I think there might have been a railing but I’m not sure. There was a bunch of trash and stuff that had been drug up to the base of the wooden walkway. I scanned it and found to soggy sheets of paper and I wanted to pick them up to read them. Someone then popped up to the surface that looked suspiciously like coach matt. He looked over the paper and then handed it to me. Its somehow stayed together but I can’t remember if I could see anything on it. I moved down the dock and found some purple shoes that kind of resembled indoor soccer mercurials but also some kind of basketball shoe. They were in surprisingly good condition and I had both of them. I looked harder into the muck and found what looked like some kind of old fashion lute or some other stringed instrument. I pulled it out and tried to rinse some of the muck off and it actually cleaned up pretty well. I tried to tighten the tuning pegs but some of them wouldn’t tighten and when I did tighten them it just didn’t sound like much of anything.
