robin Williams depression movie + scary numbers scrolling

So I had a nightmare earlier. Cant remember most of it but the crescendo was a voice say "when you hear this tone you will see a series of numbers in your head." And then I heard this ungodly sound and I saw in total blackness just a series of number scrolling ending in 500. Oh! And I saw a movie in it about Robin Williams staring in a movie about depression too! It ended with him in the back seat of a car having a feel good moment with his son and then he breaks the fourth wall and turns transparent and goes "but the events of this film never happenmed because at (blank date) (character name) hung himself. His family never got these wonderful moments youve witnessed." Then suddenly he was driving the car and camera was behind him in the backseat and I got super freaked out and thats when I saw the number sequence. Robin continued to speak directly to the viewers during this. He was calm, and spoke about the fun he had giving this performance. There was sone talk about a "Depression Foundation" that made the film. I woke up disoriented from the number thing and a little freaked out with the idea I was in a simulated reality somehow.
