Throat Slitting

Was in my car when I performed a reality check by looking down at my hands. My palms looked and felt so real though that I almost thought I was awake. Something felt slightly different though, so I realized I was dreaming. I got out of my car and started walking towards this building and inside some woman kept annoying me so I just decided to kill her off (after all, I knew I was just dreaming) but as soon as I started slicing her throat, she turned into my mother. I was overcome with horror when I realized what I had done but my mother said it was okay and that she was fine. I then remember waking up in the dream and telling my mother about this dream but I actually thought I was awake when I wasn’t. Another dream followed this one involving my father’s ex fiancé’s father walking with me on the phone with his ex-son in law. His ex-son in law was arguing with him on the phone and he wasn’t really having it but when we arrived at some building I just went inside to find my grandmother on the phone with her boyfriend. I remember she threw something in the microwave and pressed how many seconds she wanted it in there, but she never pressed start so I decided to for her. She almost instantly turned on me saying “you really don’t think I knew I didn’t press start?” And I explained I was trying to help her but she said I wasn’t so I just stopped the microwave. This was all typical of her cuz she has Alzheimers & Parkinson’s.
