Flying pod smart car

While on a walk, I found a device like a miniature pod smart car that could fly once I learned how to use it. I was flying around all over places and I found myself in somebody's apartment. I didn't know who's it was. I ran across the door that was extra secured, then decided I need to leave. but I couldn't find a way out and then there was people that were coming in. so I just went out to the patio and floated away and I ended up in the desert somewhere. There were some people working. I don't recall what they were doing. but, I remember I landed right around where they were working and then just tried to find my way around after that.
