Loss of a loved one

I can only remember bits & pieces but... I was with my fiance & someone told him (thinking doctor) his heart had a leak of some sort & that he could die.. next thing I remember was that he died (either in my arms or some place else) & I was in a room crying, my heart felt broken, ripped out & then I saw him in front of me (figment of my mind) he started talking to me. Saying "sshh sshh.. it's ok my love I'll always be with you I am with you" I cried back " you promised you would never leave me" next thing I'm being woken up because I was crying very badly.
