Running from zombies in hospital

I was watching some hospital workers prepare to autopsy a person who had been bitten by a zombie. A narrator for my dream was talking about how American hospitals had not yet tried to autopsy dead infected and confirm that zombies were actually reanimated dead people and not just infected alive people. A nurse started to make a cut where the neck joins the body on the front, but the zombie reanimated at that moment and smiled creepily. It shot out a long, slender, pale toungue that wrapped itself around the body of another nurse that just entered. At that point, I started running. Passing the security office for the hospital, a guard was yelling into his radio for both two-man patrol teams to go to the room where the autopsy was being confirmed. As I ran down a hallway, I saw a sign saying the salary of security guards was being increased from 10 dollars an hour to 3000. Further along, two security guards ran past me in the opposite direction. Behind me, I heard the first guard yelling something like, "I like that enthusiasm, go get them!" As I continued running, people started picking up that something was wrong and started running as well. I finally reached an exit stairwell (instead of simple guard rails for the staircase, there were those tan walls studded with pebbles like at UNC) . There were people running down the stairs (I was the ground floor the whole time) and I thought I recognized my first grade teacher. I confirmed her identity and helped her outside. For some reason there was some shoulder-deep pit of baked lima or pinto beans that I and everyone else that made it out thought we had to swim through for some reason. The pit was split into sections by wooden partitions that we had to climb over, each section filled higher with beans than the last. As I reached the end of the pit finally, someone screamed that zombies were swimming under the surface and biting people. Someone else said that it smelled like acetic acid The teacher was no longer with me. I ran up the stairs in front of a building and hid behind a column. Below me, people were running inside the same building using an entrance at the ground level.
