Investigating 3 Murderers

Out of all the stuff that happened in my dream, I found the part were I was tracking down murderers to be the most exciting. I was in a small group who were currently tracking down two twin brothers who had murdered numerous people. We were trying to lure them out and catch them in the act. I left "evidence" on my computer and the group and I went outside the school building we were in. While we were out there waiting, I told them there was a really cool fish in the lake that I could show them by "baiting it with my flesh", aka I stick my arm in and pull it out before the fish eats it. When we got down to the lake, I saw a life vest in the water and some bubbles coming from beneath the surface. I figured someone was drowning and I quickly ran off the pier and into the water. I swam to the bottom and for the first time ever in a dream, I opened my eyes underwater. In the murky water, I saw a body floating in front of me. I quickly grabbed it and struggled to swim up to the surface. While swimming, I was worried that I was actually bringing a decayed corpse up. Luckily that was not the case. Once we got to the land, one member of my group preformed CPR and the guy I rescued regained consciousness. He got up and started to walk around and I told him he should probably sit and rest and that I wanted to check his heart rate. He came and sat beside me and asked if I knew who he was. I replied I didn't and then he mentioned something about "Nohr" along with "parallel lines". I knew immediately what those meant. Those words had great significance in another murder case and the only way the guy would have known is if he was the murderer.
