tornados

i was at my house and i realized i had never bothered to go upstairs. my parents were visiting along with some other guests. someone offered me fruit and they were all rotten. i started gathering them and throwing them away. i noticed there was tons of make up in the silverware drawer. my dad started mixing the powders and i yelled at him. we went driving and talked about how funny we thought it was that my dads friends had cancelled the trip leaving us a vacation house all to ourselves. at the gas station we ran into his friends who were with another group. we awkwardly realized that they hadn't cancelled but had tried to replace us. as we kept driving i pointed out to my dad that he was driving into several tornados. we weren't able to turn away in time and the car spun around in circles.
