Alyssa and lice

I went and put lice treatment on alyssas hair. as soon as I put it on and rubbed it in it turned into conditioner. I took the lice comb and started using it in her hair. the conditioner came out. her hair looked like it was just washed. I had her go take a shower. I noticed when the water hit the top of her head it made her hair disappear like she was going bald. as soon as she got out of the shower I looked at her hair to see if I could find out what was going on. but her hair was back to normal and she wasnt going bald.
