Bed bugs and the vial

I saw these round bugs in my bed and looked them up. They're venomous but I can't remember their name. It's in Spanish and i can't understand how it's said. Alex is sharing the bed with me and is not helping me get to the bottom of it. A guy i keep asking advice from tells me been oil will get rid of them and reminds me I already have it. Meanwhile, I'm in a house with friends and lovers of mine. There's a vial i drink at a party that's divided into three parts. One will allow me to get intimate with sometime I'm interested in. I drink it and a guy next to me mentions offhandedly a station on the tree of life while proposing i reenact a marriage with manu/Robyn. I'm not ready but I want to spend the vial on this guy.
