I was at some sort of woodsy park with a grassy field & a river flowing through it. From the parking lot, the landscape ascended to the semi-open field, and on the other side of the river was deep woods and more vertical ascent. It seemed to be around dusk and people were gathered in the grassy field around a bonfire. Adults were grilling and socializing, and children were running around playing. Suddenly, the kids started shouting “BEAR!!!”, so the parents ran over to discover that it was an all WHITE bear cub walking the riverbank. I came over and told the group to be careful because usually where there’s a cub there is more and mother bears can get aggressive when it comes to protecting their young. The families sort of laughed about it and told the kids to not get too close to the bear, but also trying to get pictures of their kids walking around by the river and by the bear cub. The group marveled at the uniquely adorable cub due to its white fur. Soon, the curious cub started to make its way across the river towards the people and adults were snapping pictures like the paparazzi. The children started to playfully run around with the cub and the adults were just loving it. While this was going on, I was scanning the other side for more bears with my iPhone flashlight and within a few seconds, I caught a glimpse of glowing yellow eyes looking at us through the trees. A massive brown bear emerged from the woods and people started screaming and running toward the parking lot. At the same time, loud explosions started to occur, along with what sounded like Samoan war chants and an unbelievable pyrotechnics show which could be seen across the horizon, over the trees on the other side of the river. The spectacle distracted everyone for a brief moment and when I looked around again, the bears were nowhere to be seen. The show continued on and people watched in awe, then a firework erupted into the shape of a bear’s head surrounded by tribal patterns of fireworks and I woke up.
