The Five Missing People

I had a dream last night that I was on a cruise ship. Everything was going well until five people accidentally fell overboard. Luckily, we were close to land so the ship proceeded to let the passengers get off and try to find those missing people. Three of the five people swam towards the land and were found, yet two were still missing. I was walking around the island and found an abandoned two story building. I approached a door with a metal screen and pushed it open. I walked through the immediate room - it was just concrete floors and cracked walls. I made it into the next room where there was a staircase (the stairs were just concrete as well). I climbed towards the second story and I peered into one of the bedrooms. I saw a man looking out the window and viewing the land. There was just something odd about him. He didn't look overweight or a little chubby. It looked like his body was a bit deformed. He sensed that he wasn't alone anymore and turned around. I realized I found the last two missing passengers. The man had found and skinned the other passenger and wore his skin completely over his body. I woke up. Thoughts and opinions, please.
