Patriots Football Winter Hat

i was at the Patriots game with the owner and we discussed things about a winter hat i believe we were in his luxury box during a game but we were talking about a hat not so much the game we talked about colors and shapes of the hat we both agreed and disagreed about the hat. I'm not sure if this was a business meeting?
