I dreamt that there was a video game where you could do anything. It was so real, and had so much nuance and detail, that you might as well have been in a real place. In the game, I got banished for departing from a planet without identifying myself. I found myself on a backwater planet that had several tunnels filled with garbage. In one of the tunnels, I found a character named Persian. She was a young woman who was blonde but frequently dyed her hair black. She was used to a life of luxury, but got banished for the same infraction as me. My character was female and entered a romance with her, and they found happiness in exile.
