Pimple Popping and Squids??

I dreamt I was in my bathroom and tried to pop a pimple. Except it was like the size of a cyst on my cheek, and when I squeezed it, a blue squid/octopus creature burst out and landed in my bathroom sink, kind of bloody but still moving. As I looked from the squid to the mirror, seeing a mixture of blood and puss ooze out of my face, I distinctly remember thinking "what the fresh hell is this" before waking up. I woke up kind of queasy. Definitely the weirdest dream I've had in a while. I'm still so confused It's times like these I wonder about that whole "dream symbolism" and "your subconscious is trying to tell you something through dreams" thing and man I don't even want to know what's going on in my brain if that's what it's telling me
